The Public Offer will raise a minimum of $6 million by offering 30,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 each, with provision to accept over-subscriptions of a further 5,000,000 Shares to raise up to a further $1 million, together with free-attaching options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 30 June 2023 to be issued on the basis of one (1) option for every two (2) ordinary shares issued.
