Auking Mining Limited (ACN 070 859 522) (Company) lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) on 9 March 2021 (Prospectus) for an offer of 30,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $6,000,000, with provision to accept oversubscriptions for a further 5,000,000 shares to raise a further $1,000,000 together with free-attaching options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 30 June 2023 to be issued on the basis of one (1) option for every two (2) ordinary shares issued (Public Offer).
Neither ASIC, ASX nor any of their respective officers take any responsibility for the contents of the Prospectus or the merits of the investment to which the Prospectus relates. No securities will be issued on the basis of the Prospectus later than 13 months after the date of the Prospectus.
An application for Shares can be made by completing the Application Form attached to or accompanied by the Prospectus and then lodging the form and the application monies in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus and the Application Form.
